Fall is a great time to buy in Hayward, WI

     Few people realize that Fall is a great time to buy real estate in Hayward, WI.  Many of the sellers are anxious not to have to take care of their property during the long winter months and thus have a greater incentive to sell their place before the snow flies.  Interest rates still remain low, just over 5%, and the inventory is about double what it was two years ago.  Some of you buyers may still qualify for the $8,000 credit from the US Government for first time home buyers but you better hurry.  According to where the law currently stands, you must close on your new home by the end of November to qualify.
